As Team Leader, I mapped end-to-end business processes across Purchasing, Production, and Sales for a simulated manufacturing company and translated them into structured workflows in Epicor ERP. The project included process analysis, ERP configuration, end-to-end testing, and documentation to ensure the implemented workflows addressed the identified process gaps and operated as designed.

As Project Manager, I led a five-member team in analyzing Gojek's business processes, while directly handling the market analysis and GoPay payment module. The project compared pre-Gojek market pain points with Gojek's digital services through AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis, highlighting improvements in accessibility, pricing, and payment processes.
As Vice Project Manager, I helped coordinate a one-day digital education program for 30 children, covering program planning, activity schedules, team coordination, and stakeholder communication. The program introduced basic coding and virtual reality through interactive learning sessions, where I also participated directly in delivering the activities.

Involved supporting the daily operations of a training program with around 5–10 active students each month. The activities covered training schedule management, coach coordination, student membership administration, and financial record keeping. The operational process also included organizing training sessions and coordinating communication between coaches and students to ensure that schedules, attendance, and other training activities were managed consistently.
